Key responsibilities
- Manage and own regular planning-related workflows, including forecast collection, consolidation, and tracking
- Ensure timely submission, data completeness, and consistency across different data sources
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a key liaison to align data, assumptions, and priorities across teams
- Resolve data inconsistencies between different inputs through structured communication
- Lead planning topics such as demand changes, supply constraints, and execution risks
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in existing workflows
- Contribute to process optimization, automation, and digitalization efforts
Required Skills
- Strong data handling and analysis skills (Excel is a must; Power BI / Power Query preferred)
- Ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data and still derive insights
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple functions
- Proactive and curious, willing to question and improve existing processes
- Not limited to task execution — demonstrates ownership and initiative
- Eager to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- APICS CPIM or familiarity with IBP preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / QAD or similar) preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in planning or business
- 5+ years' experience in planning related processes
