任职基本要求：
1、教育程度：大学本科毕业，有业务推广经验；
2、最低工作经验要求：专员级别要求至少三年寿险工作经验，高级专员级别要求至少五年寿险工作经验；
3、熟练使用 MS-Office 软件，大学英语四级 ；
4、 具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性 。
