招聘岗位介绍:
负责技工工作的指导,职场内设施设备的维护保养及其他工程事宜。
岗位具体内容:
- 根据管辖设备技术要求和相关规范要求,制定设备、设施的监控程序并组织实施;
- 根据上级指示及维护方案,制定周、月工作计划,并组织实施,及时向值班工程师汇报实施进度或结果,或存在问题;
- 负责管辖系统维护及公共设施维修所需零配件(或材料)的申购及初核;
- 定期组织技术员对管辖设备、设施进行全面安全运行检查和处理,并记录、存档;
- 负责收集、整理管辖系统的技术资料,并协助系统工程师建立系统资料档案;
- 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养,包括配电箱,空调系统,给排水系统,照明系统;
- 负责客户项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作;
- 负责专用消防,安防,弱电(含会议)系统的正常运行;
- 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排;
- 熟练使用Office及CAD,整理设施设备的资料、图纸收集和突发事件的应急处置、及接管区域巡查管理工作;
- 检查小组技术人员对设备状态的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作;
- 组织召开班组工作会议和针对管辖系统设备特点、运行实况组织各类技术研讨交流会议;
- 协助上级完成工程技术工作和其它交办的事务。

- 5年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验,其中2年以上团队管理经验,有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑;
- 持有电工上岗操作证,有制冷操作证者优先考虑;
- 工作积极主动,具有良好的服务意识;
- 良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力;
- 能承受岗位上的工作压力。
