职位描述
负责指定的零售全国性连锁客户的年度业务目标谈判制定各项产品推广计划并推动计划落地执行定期与客户进行业务跟进与回顾理清业务推广中的问题并制定解决方案与连锁客户各层管理人员建立良好合作交流关系确保各项目标的达成同时确保公司产品在指定客户内的增长率及品类占比的提升。
工作职责
业务目标及客户管理
- 整合资源了解指定客户的年度策略制定与客户策略方向匹配的年度JBP(联合生意计划)并与客户进行谈判, 达到指定产品的业绩目标确保品类占有率和增长率的提升
- 按照公司规定和业务需求制定连锁总部拜访计划并实施同时按照区域业务需求制定各重点分部和当地DM的共访计划并实施
- 重点项目的执行及跟进并进行相应数据分析将Finding向客户和LM及时沟通并共同制定相关问题的解决方案
- 及时了解行业动态和相关省份的零售政策变化与客户保持专业的沟通交流建立高信任度的合作关系
- 了解客户各类情况包括组织架构的变化、相关竞品的活动、客户品类的动态及策略的变化将相关信息及时汇报给LM并共同制定相应的合作方案调整
- 定期参加大区会议与区域分享相关客户的业绩与项目进展
- 及时了解一级商的供应情况制定准确的备货需求
- 执行公司市场开发策略和计划完成新产品在连锁的准入
产品及行业知识
- 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
- 学习政府出台的各类零售政策进行准确的解读
- 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
- 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

- 在产品推广及日常工作中严格遵守公司各项SOP、合规要求及财务制度确保所有行为符合公司道德准则与合规原则。
- 具备高度的责任感与敬业精神积极、主动投入本职工作。
