该角色负责主导或指导基于事件和流程的改善活动,包括但不限于:A3 报告, Kaizen 快速改善活动, 项目管理, 领导标准工作(LSW), 标准作业(SW), 可视化管理(Visual Management),日常运营管理(Daily management)等。运营卓越伙伴将与苏州工厂各级组织密切协作,领导或支持改善活动,助力工厂实现业务目标。
Site OPEX Partner provides leadership in OPEX and productivity efforts by combining knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing with Lean principles and tools. OPEX partner lead or coach both event-based and process based improvement including A3, Kaizen, projects, LSW, SW, Visual Management and daily management etc. This role is to partner with all organizational levels across Suzhou Site to lead or support improvement activities to help site achieve business goals.
