For our Production team, we are looking for a production manager/supervisor to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You’ll make an impact by

Daily production management, employee management, products quality control, material flow control etc.

Engaged in the internal performance supervision and improvement of department, accelerating lean operation and digital intelligence level
-
Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement culture and identifying, realization and controlling of optimization processes and working routines

Inter-departmental communication within manufacturing department.

Drive the solution with cross function team for abnormal cases during daily production running.

Direct and control operation including Production & Workshop policies and procedures, Production Planning & budget, Logistics Management, employment decisions regarding production personnel, workshop site management, including layout optimization, QEHS management, etc., and order execution control and problem solving to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Dealing with daily affairs, labor insurance supplies.

Abey and implement other tasks or responsibilities distributed by production manager.
Your defining qualities
-
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in industrial / electricity / equipment major.
-
Fluent English in oral and read/write.
-
5 Years working experience in foreign company, working experience in GIS plants is a plus.

Business excellence/operation excellence working experience in foreign (or joint venture) companies is preferred.

Demonstrated experience of production management & Industrial engineering.
