- Develop and strengthen critical know-how in both existing and new powder metal (PM) applications, aligned with overall business strategy.
- Secure competence to be able to evaluate market potential, competition technologies and technical paths.
- Identify critical technology requirements and build process tools and skills for PM adoption.
- Identify and maintain key PM process partners, and establish close co-operation/dialog on technical topics including technical management and internal/external lab tests.
- Interact with customers to explain and propose solutions as well as gathering customer intelligence to be able to provide even better solutions and propose new development.
- Support business development with application understanding, making sure the right technical data and results are available to promote solutions.
- Responsible for communication and collaboration with business development / sales, and process development in the division.
