Job Summary
The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This role manages technical projects and provides advanced support across departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of SAP solutions that meet business requirement, whilst also ensuring global process and system harmonization.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support for production incident resolution.
- Provide SAP training to key user/project team.
- Responsible for executing assigned activities including :
- Configuring the SAP system and system documentation.
- Performing system testing.
- Writing functional specifications in the development of RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements & Forms) .
- Maintaining SAP user manuals.
- Developing and supporting SAP integration with other 3rd-party systems.
- Support system upgrades, patches.
- Adoption of best practices & compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features & enhancements.
- Coordinate activities with technical, security and Basis teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business studies.
- Minimum 5 years on working experience in SAP module PP (Production Planning. Knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) would be a plus.
- Fluent English and Chinese required – other languages are an advantage.
- Good understanding on how to turn the business requirements into an ERP processes.
