Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the safety technical management of power, fire protection, building structure, decoration, HVAC and other infrastructure, and establish safety ledgers to ensure compliant operation
负责公司电力、消防、建筑结构、装饰、空调暖通等基础设施安全技术管理，建立安全台账，保障设施合规稳定运行。
2. Conduct regular safety inspections, investigate hidden dangers of equipment, circuits and buildings, issue inspection reports and follow up rectification.
定期开展建筑机电全范围安全巡检，排查设备、线路、消防及建筑隐患，出具巡检报告并跟踪整改闭环。
3. Participate in large-scale special projects such as infrastructure construction, decoration, electromechanical renovation, fire protection upgrading, laboratory construction & renovation, and company relocation. Review construction technical plans, control construction safety, craftsmanship, material quality and acceptance standards, follow up project implementation, and manage construction risks.
参与公司基建、装修、机电改造、消防升级、实验室建设改造、公司搬迁等大型专项项目，审核施工技术方案，把控施工安全、施工工艺、材料质量及施工验收标准，全程跟进项目落地，管控项目施工风险。
4. Comply with industry regulations, complete annual safety inspection and filing, and sort out engineering documents for archiving.
跟进行业法规规范，完成安全年审、检测备案，整理工程图纸、维保报告并归档留存。
5. Cooperate with external maintenance suppliers, arrange equipment maintenance, and handle sudden equipment failures.
对接外部维保、施工单位，统筹设备保养年检，快速处理机电、消防突发故障及安全险情。
6. Optimize safety management systems and organize internal safety training to improve staff safety awareness.
修订安全管理制度，开展内部安全培训，提升全员基建机电安全防范意识。
7. Assist the administrative department in asset checking, logistics maintenance, site management, document sorting and other comprehensive administrative affairs.
协助行政部完成资产盘点、后勤修缮、场地管理、会务保障、资料整理等综合行政事务，配合部门完成专项工作。
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, 985/211 universities preferred, major in civil engineering, electromechanics, fire protection, HVAC and construction related majors.
本科及以上学历，优先985/211院校，土木工程、机电工程、消防、暖通、建筑类相关专业。
2. 5-10 years working experience in construction industry, familiar with enterprise infrastructure and electromechanical management.
5-10年建筑行业相关工作经验，熟悉企业建筑、机电、消防后勤管控模式。
3. Proficient in power distribution, fire protection and HVAC; able to read drawings and complete danger inspection and technical review independently.
精通配电、消防、暖通、建筑装饰专业知识，读懂施工图纸，独立完成隐患排查、技术审核及工程验收。
4. Proficient in CAD drawing, MS Office and other professional software; Good communication skills for internal and external docking; rigorous, responsible and able to work under pressure.
熟练掌握CAD绘图、MS Office等办公及专业软件；沟通协调能力良好，可对接内外单位，逻辑严谨、责任心强，能承受工作压力。
5. Candidates with certified fire engineer, electromechanical engineer or safety certificate are preferred.
持有注册消防工程师、机电工程师、安全员等资质证书者优先录用。
