Your tasks
新产品开发与设计:依据新产品开发流程,积极参与新项目活动,按计划按时按质完成任务;熟练运用工程设计软件完成3D建模、2D图纸、BOM、DFMEA及尺寸链分析,确保设计可靠性与文档正确性。
技术前瞻与创新:主动掌握行业新技术、新产品趋势,与团队内外交流探讨并应用于新产品设计;负责完成专利申请工作,构建技术壁垒。
项目协同与验证:与项目团队成员紧密合作,及时完成设计样品的验证和试产,保障项目各阶段顺利推进。
产品优化与质量支持:持续优化现有产品设计,提升标准化和成本优势;协助不合格品分析,定位根源并采取预防纠正措施,同时为其他部门提供技术支持和跨部门沟通协调。
Requirements
10年以上水龙头设计经验;
本科以上学历,机械工程相关专业;
具备电控龙头和感应龙头设计结构经验优先考虑;
熟悉不锈钢或其他五金材料的机械加工工艺机,精通计算机辅助设计工具(AutoCAD,Creo);
工作认真负责,严谨细致,有良好的创新精神和团队精神。
