入职要求:
1 ,计算机应用及相关专业毕业,两年以上大中型企业 IT 软硬件管理及维护经验;
2. 具有较强的主流操作系统 (windows/linux),LAN/WLAN,IT 硬件(如标签打印机, PDA ,扫描枪等)的运维能力
3. 熟悉 Powershell/SQL 语句的使用,具有-定的基础代码能力
4. 英语听说读写流利,良好的沟通和表达能力
5. 良好服务意识,团队精神,责任心强,较强的抗压能力,环境适应力
工作内容:
1. 负责公司数字化应用系统的日常管理及维护,包括但不限于系统部署,权限管理,操作培训,问题跟踪及解决
2. 负责解决各种产线数字化设备软硬件问题,包括电脑,网络, AGV , RFID , PDA , Scaner, 打印机等
3. 作为 L1 技术支持角色,根据用户 TICKET 紧急程度,确保其解决过程符合 SLA ,不断提高用户满意度
4. 持续对用户问题进行分析,制定改进方案,提高运维效率,并最大化实现自动化运维,
5. 完成上级交代的其他任务。
