Senior Director Digital Transformation

Job Description Summary

The Senior Director Digital Transformation is responsible for translating Coca-Cola's global digital strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap for the Operating Unit, ensuring strategic priorities are effectively planned, governed, executed, and adopted to deliver measurable business value.

This role serves as the strategic partner between Global Digital Services, Operating Unit leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to align digital investments with business priorities, manage the regional digital portfolio, and establish the operating model required to maximize value realization. The Senior Director Digital Transformation oversees portfolio planning, governance, demand management, business performance, and change adoption while ensuring the Operating Unit maintains alignment with enterprise digital priorities.

The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, portfolio leadership, business acumen, and stakeholder influence to connect enterprise strategy with regional execution and deliver sustainable business outcomes across the Coca-Cola system.

Responsibilities include:

Own the Operating Unit digital strategy and roadmap, translating global priorities into regional business initiatives aligned with market needs.

Manage the Operating Unit digital product and data portfolio, ensuring investments are prioritized based on strategic value, business impact, and organizational capacity.

Lead integrated business planning, portfolio governance, and prioritization processes across digital initiatives, products, and platforms.

Define and evolve the Operating Unit digital operating model, governance structures, decision forums, and ways of working that enable consistent execution.

Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and product roadmaps.

Establish value realization frameworks, defining OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based metrics to measure business performance and investment effectiveness.

Drive demand management and intake processes to ensure new opportunities are evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with enterprise strategy.

Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, investment performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic progress through regular governance and reporting.

Lead organizational change management and adoption strategies to maximize utilization and business value from digital capabilities.

Collaborate with Global Digital Services, Operating Units, bottlers, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution excellence.

Leverage data, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve strategic planning, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

Continuously optimize portfolio performance, governance processes, and operating models to improve delivery, agility, and business outcomes.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Partners with senior business and digital leaders to accelerate transformation and improve organizational effectiveness.

Creates transparency across the digital portfolio through executive reporting, performance management, and value measurement.

Influences strategic decisions impacting multiple business functions, markets, and enterprise stakeholders.

INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY

Navigates complex strategic decisions involving competing business priorities, investment tradeoffs, and cross-functional dependencies.

Balances long-term digital transformation objectives with near-term operational and commercial priorities.

Designs governance models and portfolio management practices that improve execution while maintaining organizational agility.

Uses data, analytics, AI, and business insights to guide strategic investment decisions and continuous portfolio optimization.

Solves enterprise-wide challenges requiring alignment across multiple business functions, operating units, and global teams.

COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE

Influences senior executives on digital strategy, portfolio investment, governance, and business transformation priorities.

Communicates complex strategic concepts through concise executive narratives supported by data and business insights.

Builds alignment across Global Digital Services, Operating Units, bottlers, and business leadership.

Facilitates executive governance forums and strategic planning sessions that drive informed decision-making.

Establishes trusted partnerships across business and digital organizations to accelerate adoption and value realization.Builds strong relationships across the Coca-Cola system to drive collaboration, adoption, and successful business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

A strategic, business-oriented leader with deep experience connecting enterprise strategy to operational execution. Combines expertise in digital transformation, portfolio management, governance, and business performance to help organizations prioritize investments, accelerate execution, and maximize measurable business outcomes.

Recognized for influencing senior leaders, simplifying complexity, and building collaborative partnerships that enable successful enterprise transformation across highly matrixed global organizations.

Experience & Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in digital strategy, business transformation, portfolio management, enterprise planning, product strategy, or related leadership roles.

Proven experience translating enterprise strategy into regional or business-unit execution plans.

Strong experience leading portfolio management, demand management, governance, and strategic planning processes.

Demonstrated success establishing operating models, governance frameworks, and business performance management practices.

Experience defining and managing OKRs, KPIs, value realization metrics, and executive dashboards.

Strong executive communication, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience partnering with Global, Operating Unit, and business leadership in highly matrixed organizations.

Familiarity with digital product organizations, Agile delivery, AI-enabled planning, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Experience within consumer products, commercial, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments preferred.

Expertise in Microsoft 365, Power BI, portfolio management tools, and data-driven decision-making practices.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
