职位描述

Manage and deliver development project from beginning to end within given schedule and required quality.
Lead and coordinate multi-functional team to develop required product according to standard Bosch Product Development Process (PDP)
Identify and manage risks through project and acting as first contact window for stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear way.
Mentor and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for the assigned tasks.
Continuously identify the gap for improving current process and propose necessary measures.

职位要求

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related
5 years’ experience in comparable industry and experience for project delivery from beginning to end.
Strong responsibility and commitment.
Outstanding communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Agile project delivery would be a plus.
PMP would be a plus.
