Who will you be working with?
The general mission of the HSE/Quality supervisor is to define with the Management the strategic orientations of the company in the fields of HSE/Quality and to define, apply and control the health, safety and environmental protection programs. Maintain and improve quality system regarding company strategy, including output from internal and external audit.
Responsible for guiding the company in bringing its facilities and activities into compliance with the various regulations and standards.

As a member of the EHS in the QA department, you will be responsible for EHS tasks and Quality management and manage EHS activities under Wabtec proposed topics and site EHS requirements. Resolving any issues related to the product at any stage. Report to the quality team manager
What do we want to know about you?
1. Education: College degree or above
2. Major: Electronics/ Safety/Environment Engineering
3. Foreign language: CET-6, fluent in listening and speaking
4. Computer: Familiar with OFFICE
5.2-5 plus years of experience in PCBA/Electric devices manufacturing/industrial environment
6.Experiences in customer complaint management
7.Rich experiences in HSE/Quality management
8.Rich experiences in managing HSE/Quality system internal auditing, auditing and recertification by third body and customer
9. Possess good logical thinking ability, teamwork ability, communication and coordination ability, and rigorous work attitude. Has a strong sense of safety and detail management
What will your typical day look like?
1.Develop, implement and improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and processes including emergency preparedness and fire protection, safety risk assessment and safe working procedures for all activities (Wabtec & Off-Site locations), hazardous waste management, training, ergonomics, contractor safety, and crisis management.
2.Manages and directs site in achieving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) targets & objectives according to Wabtec guidance.
3.Drive EHS compliance through audits, process / equipment reviews and proactive risk elimination and track corrective actions to closure.
4. Maintain compliance with all applicable Waste, Water and Air regulations through required preventative maintenance of the equipment, recordkeeping, preparation of report and plans.
5.Lead efforts to maintain ISO Standards Certifications.
6.Responsible for Obtaining and Updating Operational Permits as required for submission to regulatory authorities.
7.Develop routine regulatory reports required by various environmental permits.
8.Coordinate and conduct EHS training for employees, contractors and visitors as needed.
9. Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs.
10.Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
11.Investigates all accidents, incidents, near misses and environmental incidents to ensure root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions are completed.
12.Report all incidents/events according to the Wabtec Incident Management Process.
13.Provide support and technical guidance to the leadership team, employees and EHS committees to ensure programs are developed and effectively implemented providing safe and healthy working environments for employees on site & at customer sites.
14.Ensures adherence to health and safety guidelines.
15.Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish EHS presence and provide support.
16.Act as the site EHS representative to third parties including neighboring companies, local councils and regulatory agencies including HSE and the Environmental Agency.
17. Work cooperatively with Global EHS Team on various projects and initiatives.
18.Maintain quality system operation like ISO9001(IRIS), DIN6701, ISO45001, ISO14001 etc. Responsible for third body surveillance audit and recertificate and customer audit.
19.Cooperative with SQE on supplier audit.
