We are looking for someone with

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data engineering with a strong track record of successfully delivering data-related projects. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, storage and analytics.

Hard Skill:

- - Data Analysis Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Experience in supporting data analysis activities and working with data analysts and scientists.
  - Data Modeling Skills: Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in data modeling concepts, including ER model, Start/snowflake model etc.
  - OLAP/OLTP Experience: Extensive practical experience with OLAP and OLTP systems. Familiarity with analytic data warehouse and transactional databases
  - SQL and Python Proficiency: Expert-level skills in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries, optimize query performance, and work with database schemas. Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy etc.
  - Data Pipeline Tools: Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Airflow, Talend, or Informatica etc.
  - Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and experience in working with cloud-based data services.

Soft Skill:

- - English Language Skills: Fluent English speaking.
    Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data engineering and related fields.
