销售专员(工厂制造安全部)
Your Tasks
Develop the business in the pressure relating field, such as pressure equipment, pressure accessory, cylinder, material, welding technology, etc. in accordance with the business target defined by the group leader/ BU manager, it includes: promoting TUV SUD's service, identify target customers, negotiate and win projects, grow the business, customer service during delivery of service; (30%)
根据集团领导/事业部经理确定的业务目标,开展压力相关领域的业务,如压力设备、压力附件、气缸、材料、焊接技术等,包括:推广公司的服务,确定目标客户,谈判和赢得项目,业务增长,服务交付过程中的客户服务;
Analyze the market needs, customers' expectations and competition, it includes: to secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of our service scope; (10%)
分析市场需求、客户期望和竞争情况,包括:确保业务机会,为扩大服务范围做准备;
Achieve the defined personal sales targets designated by BU manager; (50%)
完成事业部经理指定的个人销售目标;
Perform other duties assigned by Group Leader/ Sales Manager / BU Manager. (10%)
完成组长/销售经理/业务经理分配的其他任务。
Your Qualifications
College degree or above, major in business or commercial administration, pressure equipment, mechanic engineering, material engineering, etc;
大专以上学历,商务或工商管理、压力设备、机械工程、材料工程等相关专业;
At least three years sales experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) field, familiar with manufacturers of pressure vessel, industrial valves and raw material(such as casting, forging etc) in South Region, with basic technical knowledge in relevant industries;
三年以上测试、检验、认证(TIC)领域销售经验,熟悉南方地区压力容器、工业阀门及原材料(如铸件、锻件等)生产厂家,具备相关行业的基本技术知识;
Strong interpersonal skills: persuasion, communication;
较强的人际交往能力:说服、沟通;
Self motivated, be able to work in a self-directed manner;
自我激励,能够以自我指导的方式工作;
Some skill in spoken English.
有一定的英语口语能力。
