Job Description

Lean manufacturing - BPS:
Lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with Bosch Production System

Lean management process – LEAN:
Diagnosis and Improve effectiveness and efficiency of core indirect processes
Guide local SCMo team for implementation and cyclic improvement integrated in system CIP approach

Competence Center Development:
Establish and maintain a competence center for Lean tools and methods, providing guidance and support to teams across various functions.

Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding and application of Lean methodologies among employees.
Facilitate cross-assessments among different plants to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Advanced English knowledge in reading and writing

Experience: 10+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or operational excellence roles, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multicultural environment with an understanding of local market dynamics.

Languages: Proficiency in Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a strong commitment to Bosch values and a passion for continuous improvement.
