Job Description
工业培训生将在公司油脂部门下属的各工厂轮岗工作两年，通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个工艺流程、部门协作以及项目管理等知识，发展未来工厂职业经理人所要求的生产技术管理能力和团队领导力，完成从培训生到操作员、值班长、工程师直至主管的转型。
