As our Technical Advisor in North China and Mongolia, you'll be much more than a product expert: you'll be the culinary partner who inspires customers, develops tailored bakery solutions, and helps drive sustainable business growth across one of our most dynamic markets.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, you'll bring premium bakery and viennoiserie products to life through demonstrations, training sessions and customer innovation projects.
Overview of the main responsibilities :
- Lead technical training and product presentations for both internal sales teams and external clients.
- Provide professional technical support and guidance for bread, pastry and laminated dough production, covering product formula adjustment, craftsmanship optimization, taste standardization and texture improvement.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas technical teams (French team), conduct bilingual technical communication, translate technical documents, process specifications and production standards.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and operational guidance for clients in coordination with the sales team according to the agreed schedule.
- Participate in the planning, setup, and on-site interpretation of industry exhibitions and commercial display events to enhance the brand's professional image.
- Technical support north region and Mongolia clients.
