Purpose
The BE Business Partner – MC Domain serves as a key interface between Business Excellence department and MC Sales Domains, ensuring seamless communication and exchange, while focusing on competitor monitoring of product lines, Domain-related business initiatives, and strong executive support for GM.
Main Responsibilities
1.Business Partner
- Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision making process in the BU sales domain management team

Provide solid market transparency and competition insights to support management derive business strategy

Collaborate with global / local teams to ensure alignment between global and local business strategy and related initiatives
2. Business mix break-down
- Lead on business mix break-down within related BU, and support other planning & operation topic

Coordinate communication as an interface between Business Excellence department and BU Sales Domains to support BU-specific topics, e.g. market intelligence, focus studies, strategic projects
3. Competitor monitoring

Closely monitor competitor performance and moves via regular monitoring

Create, maintain and interpret Schalke Chart / competitor landscape of each product line
4. Management presentation
- Develop content to reflect related sales domain strategy, initiatives and performance for business reviews, internal and external meetings / events

Support other management communication
5. BU initiative program office
- Act as PMO for BU-specific projects, incl. project governance, reporting and coordination with cross functional teams

Coordinate BU-specific topics, incl. internal awards, training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and above, major in MBA, marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in market analysis, business strategy, product/project management, or sales support; candidates with knowledge of motion control products and industry experience will be preferred.
- Has excellent business acumen, with the ability to deeply understand business and market dynamics to define actionable business strategies.
- Good strategic thinking ability, can provide strong support for business decisions from a holistic perspective
- Good at communication coordination and influencing, with the ability to effectively integrate internal and external resources to drive collaboration.
- Be proficient in market research methodologies, skilled in utilizing various data analysis tools, and possess exceptional abilities in deriving insights, synthesizing information, and delivering efficient reports and presentations.
