DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
New order review and demand analysis.
新订单评审和需求变化分析。
2.
Daily demand analysis and work with planner to get the delivery schedule and do the confirmation.
需求分析和交期确认。
3.
Login in customer portal share the information or take the corresponding actions required accordingly.
每天登录客户门户网站,确保客户传递的信息分享给内部或者及时执行。
4.
Arrange shipment according to inventory, customer requested date and shipping mode. Shipment tracing. Assist in managing returnable package with warehouse & customer.
根据库存,客户要求交货时间和运输方式按时安排出货 , 跟进到货。协助管理周转箱。
5.
Reply customers inquires timely and no complaint from customer.
积极响应客户,避免客户投诉
6.
NPI order management & Shipment arrangement.
预批量订单管理和出货安排
7.
C ustomer master data maintain in SAP.
客户基本信息的维护到 SAP.
8.
Work with PM & cross function from NPI to mass production.
与相关部门同事合作,跟进产品从 NPI 到量产阶段事宜。
9.
Follow up RMA/RGA , closely work with QA, WH, customs & Planner about RGA following up.
和相关部门紧密合作,跟进退货相关事宜
10.
Payment supporting.
结算和请款相关问题的协助。
11.
Daily/weekly/monthly reports that are required.
做-些 CSR 日常需要做的报告。
12.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management .

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree
本科学历
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
At least 3 years similar working experience
至少三年以上的相关工作经验
PREFERRED:
5 years or above similar working experience and planning experience will be a plus
五年以上客户服务或者生产计划工作经验
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
English-Fluent oral English, good listening, reading and writing skills;
ERP application; Good excel application skills and data analysis skills;
Good communication skills;
Sense of urgency; accountability; strong learning ability, strong ability to work under pressure, careful , patient and proactive & positive.
