About the Role:
Addiction Pet Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Marketing Manager – China to lead brand positioning and marketing execution for Addiction Pet Foods in the China market.
This role is responsible for safeguarding the brand across online and offline channels while working closely with the Country Manager, sales teams, distributors, e-commerce partners, retail partners, veterinary partners, agencies, KOLs/KOCs, and event partners.
The ideal candidate should have strong China market experience, solid trade marketing and brand management capability, and a practical understanding of how to drive channel visibility, consumer engagement, and sell-out growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and maintain consistent brand image, messaging, positioning, tone, and visual standards across China channels.

Manage and safeguard brand presence across platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and offline retail and veterinary channels.

Work closely with sales managers and sales executives to develop and execute trade promotions, retail campaigns, sampling activities, in-store activations, and channel programs.

Support sell-out growth in pet stores, specialty retailers, veterinary clinics, and pet hospitals through localized marketing execution.

Partner with distributors to implement in-store visibility, POS materials, promotional displays, product education tools, and localized campaigns.

Guide distributors on brand guidelines, campaign execution standards, approved claims, and promotional compliance.

Identify and develop partnerships with retailers, e-commerce platforms, social/content platforms, KOLs/KOCs, veterinary partners, and industry stakeholders.

Plan and execute participation in trade shows and key events in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, and other priority markets.

Develop integrated marketing campaigns covering online, offline, trade, content, social, and retail touchpoints.

Oversee product education content, nutrition messaging, brand storytelling, promotional materials, retail toolkits, and distributor-ready assets.

Track campaign effectiveness, consumer engagement, platform performance, trade promotion results, competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and pet owner trends.

Prepare China marketing plans, campaign calendars, trade marketing plans, activation priorities, and performance reports.

Manage assigned marketing budgets responsibly and track spending against campaign ROI and commercial impact.

Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, distributors, agencies, supply chain, customer care, finance, and quality/regulatory teams to ensure disciplined and timely execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, brand management, channel marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.

Experience in the China market, including e-commerce and offline retail execution.

Experience in FMCG, pet food, pet care, premium consumer brands, consumer health, veterinary-related products, or retail-driven businesses is preferred.

Strong understanding of China digital platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.

Experience working with distributors, retail channels, veterinary channels, e-commerce platforms, agencies, and KOL/KOC partners.

Strong ability to manage marketing calendars, campaign briefs, creative assets, POSM, trade materials, and digital/social content.

Able to analyze campaign ROI, sell-out trends, engagement data, platform metrics, and competitor activity.

Strong consumer understanding and ability to localize global brand assets without compromising brand integrity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

任职资格
-
本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业、传播、品牌管理、数字营销或相关专业优先。

至少 5 年贸易营销、品牌管理、渠道营销、数字营销或整合营销相关经验。

具备中国市场经验，包括电商及线下零售执行经验。

具备快消品、宠物食品、宠物护理、高端消费品牌、消费健康、兽医相关产品或零售驱动业务经验者优先。

熟悉天猫、京东、抖音、小红书等中国数字平台。

具备与经销商、零售渠道、兽医渠道、电商平台、代理商及 KOL/KOC 合作的经验。
