该岗位负责炭黑生产线工艺段的日常现场作业，确保炭黑生产的收集、预造粒、造粒等工艺段的日常巡检工作及现场5S，主要工作内容包括现场巡检与设备状态调控，炭黑品种转产时的工况调整，突发异常情况的应急响应和岗位台账的记录和管理。

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)

主要工作区域包括工艺段及SCR等公用工程部分的日常巡检和操作
对所负责的区域按照巡检要求进行日常巡视，检查设备的运行情况及工艺参数是否正常、稳定，对发现的日常情况进行处理、保修并及时汇报
对在修理的设备需作好现场监护工作,并做好安全预防措施
按照生产计划或是工作安排，进行生产线的开停车或转产的相关工作
在出现紧急情况时要按照SOP的要求进行操作
作为所负责区域的直接责任人，确保工作区域的整洁
对本区域内的维修等操作做好监督管理
参加每月的安全会及每天的5分钟早会，对操作、安全等问题进行分享
负责本区域内的添加剂的接收
在没有替班时负责IBC再加工
协助反应工的操作
有责任对日常工作程序提出合理化建议，持续改进
严格遵守公司的各项安全、健康、环保规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，协助组织有关安全、健康、环保的培训
确保本职工作符合公司内控的要求

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)

善于沟通、具备较强的观察能力、应变能力，良好的心理及身体素质
熟悉化工生产的基本过程，有基本的化工生产经验；熟悉炭黑生产的基本工艺流程、熟悉本岗位的工作要求，并经过考核
熟悉受限空间、挂牌锁定、管线断开等安全程序，日常工作许可证的检查；设备锁定的要求
有厂区内铲车驾驶执照
有良好的环境整洁意识, 有安全生产的牢固概念

Education/Experience

相关专业高中（包括中专技校）及以上学历
有化工相关生产经验
