Overview
We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Technician to support a manufacturing industry client in their Suzhou office. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of IT support experience. English is not required.
Location: 中国江苏省苏州市工业园区
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for daily IT issues in the office and occasionally in the production area.
- Handle basic Windows and Office-related troubleshooting (login issues, software installation, system updates, etc.).
- Support end users with PC setup, account creation, password reset, and basic IT operations.
- Perform simple hardware tasks such as replacing peripherals, checking cables, memory/SSD replacement, and basic diagnostics.
- Assist in managing IT assets including laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity (simple checks), and conference room equipment.
- Work with the client’s internal IT team or vendors when issues need escalation.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or similar junior IT roles.
- Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.
- Basic hardware knowledge (laptop/desktop components, peripherals, cabling).
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable interacting with end users onsite.
- Able to work independently with guidance from senior engineers or Service Delivery Manager.
- No English requirement — Mandarin Chinese only.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Preferred Skills ( Optional ):
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP checking).
- Experience supporting manufacturing clients is a plus but not required.
