PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Heavily involved in NPI and continuously improve production processes(including machining). 重点关注 NPI 新品和量产的工艺改善
Develop and implement new processes or major changes to existing processes. Create and maintain documentation ,Troubleshoot and mass production support. 开发和执行新的工艺变更,文件支持,现场问题解决。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
NPI support such as feasibility study , DFM,C/T quotation , tooling study and preparation
主要负责 装配新产品开发试产的支持:比如可行性评估, DFM, 工时报价 , 工装分析和准备等
2.
S upport documentation for production such as PFC/WI/FMEA/... and on line issue handling support on connector and cable assembly parts
主要负责电缆组件产品的量产生产需要的 PFC,WI PFMEA 的文件准备,以及现场问题支持解决
3 .
Leading and support cable assembly line problem solving
主要负责电缆组件连接器的现场量产工艺的支持 和问题解决
4.
Train and support process technician for process improvement
支持技术员现场工艺改善的培训和及难题解决
5.
maximize productivity and continuously improvement for manufacturing processes

As a first decision maker for automation machine make/buy with DMF /economic thinking
自动化设备的投资分析和思考,

Support production teams in meeting efficiency , quality and delivery requirements

NPI 样品:
- 对接 NPI 报价 coordinator 和 PM, 工时报价(耗材报废率 ), 其中机加工报价由 CNC 技术员支持
- 工时维护 MM 变更申请, BOM 维护 MM 变更申请,
- 夹具工装,测试线需求评估,设计,制作和购买,设备需求评估,
- 样品制作,样品现场指导和培训,样品报告,工装夹具验收,与 QA PD PM 等讨论沟通技术问题和解决方案,遗留问题改善,
- 对应样品文件支持(量具 2D 图纸, PFC,PFMEA,CPK, 产能过程目标,夹具验证等等)

NPI 试产:
- 与 planner 和生产协调安排试产计划,
- 夹具工装测试线设计制作购买,试产 WI 撰写和员工培训,试产现场指导,
- 试产问题效率质量等改善,与 QA PD PM , MFG 等讨论沟通技术问题和解决方案,
- 工时维护修改, BOM 检查更新,
- ECN review 和签字对接更新工艺文件, PE 工程师 需要将 CNC 的 ECN 变更请务必通知到 CNC ,包装标签 ECN 通知到包装标签技术员
- 试产文件支持( PFC,PFMEA,CPK, 试产 WI, 夹具验证报告 , 产能过程目标,试产报告等)

量产:
- 负责生产现场问题解决和改善:工艺,夹具, BOM 和工时检查更新,效率改善,质量异常,报废等
- ECN review 和签字, PE 工程师 需要将 CNC 的 ECN 变更请务必通知到 CNC ,包装标签 ECN 通知到包装标签技术员更新工艺文件, PCN, 客户投诉 QN 还有包装 DU 标签等等相关 .
- 量产文件的支持( WI 的临时手写修改和通知帅雅进行 WI 发行和更新 , PFMEA,PFC,CPK, 夹具验证报告,产能过程目标等等)

持续改善降低成本:工艺,工装,设备,质量, BOM 用量,包装等等优化,新技术导入创新

其他:支持和 PM,PD,QA,MFG,MAT,EHS 等团队进行-些项目改善 , 体系审核,等等,生产以及其他会议的支持,主管安排的临时的-些任务,各 PE 之间互为 backup ,互相协助 .
SCOPE:
- Work to improve and optimize assigned processes( major is assembly ). Also expected the development of new processes and major changes to existing processes. Expected to independently specify & research significant capital expenditures. Responsible for yield and throughput on assigned processes.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
BS in an engineering discipline
PREFERRED:
MS in an engineering discipline most applicable to the processes assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
5 years engineering experience ( assembly process engineer) , 5 年以上装配制造工艺工程师
PREFERRED:
10 years minimum experience in the similar processes ( if know some knowledge of machining will be plus ), 10 年以上制造工艺工程师,如果懂得部分机加工产品会更好,
