We are looking for a talented Device and Test Engineer to join our Shenzhen operations and play a critical role at our Contract Manufacturer (CM) site.

Requirements:
- 8+ years in Test Engineering / Device & Test / Lab roles

Hands-on electrical and/or optical measurements

Strong analytical & data interpretation skills

Python / LabVIEW – advantage

Solid understanding of test methodologies & device physics

Semiconductor assembly – advantage

Photonics testing – strong advantage

Fluent English – mandatory

Strong ownership & hands-on mindset
Responsibilities:
- Own product sort and testing execution at CM

Lead daily test operations
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time

Support failure analysis and root cause investigations

Monitor yield, quality, and KPIs

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support introduction of new test solutions

Act as key technical interface with DustPhotonics R&D
