Job Summary

Responsible for achieving the annualized premium and intermediate income targets of the branch's bancassurance business, as well as individual targets based on the IS scorecard.
Develop the sales of bancassurance products.
Responsible for the sales and tracking of bancassurance business in the sub, including but not limited to participating in sales interviews, completing sales processes, tracking business performance, analysing customer needs, reviewing insurance policies, sharing cases, and conducting sub-branch training.
Participate fully in the bancassurance marketing activities of branches and coordinate with local insurance companies to hold customer activities.
Analyses customers’ personal financial situation and identifies their needs in financial services; and recommends life insurance products and investment-linked products to best suit their needs.
Implement various tasks arranged by the leader.
Be responsible for implementing and complying with anti-money laundering requirements when performing their duties.
Comply with the bank's internal process policies and relevant laws and regulations on the requirements for agency sales of insurance.

Fully comply with all the regulatory requirements related to Consumer Rights Protection, uphold the robust mindset of Consumer Rights Protection, complete the Consumer Rights Protection themed training and workshop in due course, prevent the potential infringements of consumer rights, participate the public education, EV, or other activities to uplift the public awareness about Consumer Rights Protection

Responsible for branch’s Banca revenue target and their individual target based on IS scorecard.

Selling insurance products

Processes

Responsible for Banca business tracking, which includes business performance tracking, portfolio analysis, successful story sharing and outstanding event broadcast.
Work closely with IA and timely update performance of Investment Linked Product (ILP) and market outlook.
Track and ensure Banca license effectiveness of RM.

People & Talent

Provide onsite training on Banca products to frontline to ensure annual 40-hour training required by regulator.

Risk Management

Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.

Governance

Compliance with local Regulators and laws – The role holder would be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with the country laws and regulations. This would involve periodic review of the existing policies of Bancassurance

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Qualifications

Education University Degree or Above
Training ALE 36H & ILP 40H
