【Work Scope】
・Create high-performance instrumentation hardware platforms for semiconductor equipment
・Participate in the comprehensive validation of industrial-grade hardware for semiconductor equipment
【Responsibilities】
・Implement high-precision high-current analog circuit designs that meet final product hardware specifications
・Manage hardware project processes from conceptual design and prototype development through to serial production, controlling project schedule, quality, and cost; optimize designs and establish repeatable process controls by applying best practices
・Set up hardware test environments, conduct product functionality and performance testing, and lead the standardization and automation of verification processes
・Identify risks in design and project processes, reduce complexity, and collaborate with system integration teams to improve and resolve high-impact and recurring non-conformities
・Conduct product hardware failure analysis; develop design, manufacturing, and process improvement measures through structured root cause analysis to prevent future product failures
・Complete product manufacturability assessments and optimizations; support production ramp-up; monitor product yield; and drive corrective actions for non-conformities with design specifications
【Requirements】
・At least 3 years of experience in development of hardware systems, especially experience with building instruments or equipment from scratch desired
・Expertise in designing analog circuits with high accuracy / high-current capability
