We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
- As a PIT member, to ensure series readiness (SOP/FMEA) for new products introdcution; define standard routing, takt time, UPHH, shrinkage for cost calculation; manage C-samples, pilot runs, pre-series and ramp-up; create process documentation.

Apply DfM/DfC principles to influence design early stage: evaluate manufacturability and soldering, optimize PCB layout (pad geometry, solder mask, paste aperture, component spacing, thermal pad, via-in-pad), and avoid quality issues.

Establish and maintain process control system per IATF 16949 & CP; create WI and inspection instructions to ensure SDCA; monitor process capability and production stability.

Train operators on WI, process control, quality, problem solving; manage change of production elements (design, ***, machine, material, method, environment, measurement) to keep takt time, shrinkage, OEE, quality under control.

Cooperate with internal team on problem prevention (PFMEA/maintenance) and quick resolution (QRQC/PSS) to achieve production KPIs (safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery, people).

Implement OE tools and structured continuous improvement (PDCA) to optimize process flow, fixtures, new materials/technologies, energy saving, efficiency, EHS, and improve productivity (VAM/MCP); complete other tasks assigned by manager.
- College or above education with the major of Mechanical/Automation /Electronics Engineering or related.

8 years and above experience with SMT process control.

Essential knowhow on PCB / Electronic components.
