Job Requirements:
(1) Responsible for the software development of DSP controllers for power supply modules, including software requirement specification, detailed design and code development.
(2) Responsible for the analysis and software implementation of power electronic control algorithms.
(3) Responsible for software debugging of power supply modules and systems as well as optimization of testing issues.
(4) Capable of tackling complex and difficult technical problems; candidates with the ability to guide and organize team members in problem analysis and joint technical breakthroughs are preferred.

Qualifications:
(1) Master's degree or above in majors related to Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control and other relevant disciplines.
(2) Proficient in C/ASM with practical experience in DSP embedded system development; familiar with common software tools for power electronic software development such as CCS, MATLAB/SIMULINK, Mathwork and schematic design software.
(3) Familiar with common power electronic circuits, and proficient in the development of power electronic control algorithms including Boost/Buck/Bidirectional DC/DC/PFC/LLC.
(4) Practical working experience in DSP software development for PSU modules is preferred.
(5) Over 5 years of working experience in power electronic product development.
(6) Proactive at work, able to think independently and solve problems, diligent and meticulous, with strong communication and expression skills and good teamwork spirit.
