Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Greater China organization. You serve in a general manager capacity with P&L responsibility for the region. You provide strategic and operational direction to the organization, including but not limited to Sales and Business Development, to improve Sales revenues as well as Services, to successfully maximize Customer Success opportunities and meet organizational objectives. This role includes the Managing Director directive and associated stakeholder management for the China legal entity
This is a truly avant-garde and progressive role that will mold and influence China’ Sales, Business Development and Services operations in alignment to broader business goals and strategy

Key Responsibilities
Leading the Siemens Digital Industries Software China Team, including the functions: Direct sales; indirect sales; Technical support (presales, business development); Services and Channel partners
We are a Go-to-Market organization: You will focus on developing Sales goals including Sales Volume, Cost of Sales, and Product Profitability as well as Service utilization and margin
Leading the China team, generating new revenue streams, developing clients and creating strong relationships & strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for the China revenue: License (perpetual, subscription), maintenance, SaaS and services
Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities, ensuring growth of the team and initiating sales strategies
Leading strategic partnerships with industry partners and meeting with key customers, collaborating with sales representatives towards maintaining relationships and closing deals
Preparing and delivering reports reflecting sales volume, sales, opportunities, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Representing Siemens at customer conferences, industry conferences and events
Finally, you will oversee the budget for all China related expenses, all personnel decisions and People related issues
Drive strong collaboration with all Siemens business operations in China
Experience Required
We are looking for a strong leader who can continue our success, expand our transformational journey to SaaS and our vision of becoming one tech company, therefore you have a consistent record in developing outstanding sales and services organizations in the China region
You join with experience in a PLM Software Sales and/or Business Development role in the China marketplace
You have fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
You should have an excellent eye for business and believe in continuous growth. You are a thought leader in the market, able to influence not only the future of our region but the business strategy
