1. Execute online marketing strategy, have the ability to deliver high-quality e-commerce contents and livestream management according to brand tonality. Be sensitive to data, can analyze data to evaluate the quality of content to continuously optimize in daily work.

2. Manage all the assets and page on ecommerce according to the activity calendar, well presenting the product stories to support the sales target achievement. Execute e-commerce shooting projects according to e-commerce sales needs, have good visual aesthetic, can provide high-quality assets consistent with brand tonality for e-commerce to drive better click and conversion.

3. Content breakthrough by innovative e-commerce influencers collaboration including content and livestream to satisfy targets on particular key products （or requirements）. Also, scenario marketing & creative planning skills are necessary to drive value traffic and younger consumers.

4. Coordinate all online marketing events based on the product learning & business thinking, handle communication with internal stakeholders, cross functional team, and external vendors & agencies.

80% Online Brand Tone Execution. (15%)

Be responsible for the unified tonality management of all official e-commerce store pages (homepage, product detail page, activity page, category page). Establish and iterate the brand’s e-commerce visual standard system, ensure consistent visual style, color matching, layout and presentation logic across all pages.

Cooperate with design team to optimize page visual effect, content hierarchy and product display form; conduct regular page data analysis (bounce rate, dwell time, conversion rate), iterate design and content optimization schemes based on user behavior and market trends, improve user browsing experience and page conversion efficiency.
Establish standardized management rules for brand e-commerce marketing materials, including product images, short videos, posters, copywriting materials, live broadcast cover materials and activity promotion materials.
Conduct material classification, sorting, archiving and dynamic update, build a complete brand material asset library. Review all released marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand visual specifications and marketing demands; control material output quality, avoid repeated production and resource waste, and support daily operation and large-scale promotional activities with efficient material management.

Online shooting exception. (20%)

Take full charge of the overall planning, coordination and landing of all product shooting projects for e-commerce business. Formulate shooting plans according to product attributes, seasonal marketing themes and e-commerce sales strategies, including shooting style confirmation, scene layout, model selection and shooting cycle arrangement.

Follow up the whole shooting process, control shooting quality, progress and cost, review finished pictures and videos, ensure the shooting output matches brand positioning and e-commerce selling demands, and complete material delivery on schedule.

Influencer Marketing & Live Streaming Operation （20%）

Responsible for the full operation of interest e-commerce channels (short video & live streaming dominated). Formulate influencer marketing strategies matching brand positioning, screen, connect and cooperate with vertical KOLs, KOCs and niche influencers.

Plan influencer cooperation content, track cooperation effect, evaluate influencer traffic conversion capability, and optimize influencer cooperation matrix. Undertake the overall management of influencer live streaming projects, including live theme planning, process arrangement, product matching, on-site coordination and post-data summary, leverage influencer private domain traffic and content influence to expand brand exposure and drive explosive sales growth.

Content Scenario Marketing & Creative Planning （25%）

Take charge of full-link creative planning and content iteration for e-commerce content scenarios. Track industry trending content forms, consumer aesthetic preferences and scenario-based marketing trends, independently conceive and output original creative marketing ideas matching brand tonality and product selling points.
Responsible for scenario-based content marketing creation covering usage scenarios, user pain points, lifestyle advocacy, and product value output. Design differentiated creative content for new product launches, seasonal promotions, brand campaigns and daily operations, including short video creativity, graphic copy creativity, planting-grass content topics, and interactive marketing gameplay.
Build a systematic content scenario matrix, connect content creativity with user cognition and shopping demands, realize organic integration of brand storytelling, scenario immersion and product marketing. Continuously test and optimize creative content logic based on content exposure, interaction and conversion data, improve content attractiveness, user stickiness and content-driven transaction volume, and empower both interest e-commerce and shelf e-commerce traffic growth.

Well brief agencies accurately. Work with agencies to set up the considerate & clear SOP to enhance work efficiency;
Make agency deliver the qualified reports on-time and actively, also manage them to deliver key marketing result based on KPI;
Educate & chase agencies on planning timeline and strategic thinking to make work more effective;

10% PROJECT Management Skills

Know about the ecommerce operation/merchant and contribute innovative ideas to better support the sales needs.
Develop business insight from content perspective, well plan, manage and review project from A to Z.
Time management, report status on time. Have Good presentation and cross-functional communication skill.
