CHC 市场部 PM / SPM 负责公司在社区医院（CHC）渠道的慢病产品市场管理工作，覆盖公司全部或核心慢病产品组合。
该岗位需要从宏观慢病管理和基层医疗生态的视角出发，整合市场策略、产品组合管理与销售执行，在推动慢病管理长期价值的同时，对明确的业务目标和结果负责。
这是一个 既强调战略视角，又高度业务导向 的市场岗位。
从慢病全周期管理（诊断、用药、随访、长期管理）视角，制定 CHC 渠道的整体市场策略
基于社区医疗场景，构建慢病管理整体框架，而非单一产品推广逻辑
深入理解基层医生、患者及社区医疗体系需求，将洞察转化为可执行的市场策略
强主人翁意识，对所负责业务有责任感
兼顾长期视角与阶段性目标
良好的学习能力、抗压能力和执行力
能在复杂环境中推动事情向前发展
一个既理解慢病整体管理逻辑、
又具备产品组合视角和生态创新意识，
