PRIMARY PURPOSE:
1. New assembly machine / fixture /process development
2. New vision inspection machine development
3. Standardization and modularization development
4. Support to resolve product issue for new product (analysis and improve proposal ), and support to improve for mass production
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and develop the assembly process and machine to meet production requirement
2. Lead automation engineer / technician to build up assembly process and machine
3. Work with PD for new product feasibility and low cost design review
4. Work with vision / electrical control engineer to develop the vision / assembly machine
5. Work with PD, PE, AQP to fully debug the process and assembly tooling
6. Lead to product issue resolve.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduated. Major in Automation / machine design
8 years experiences in machine / process development,
8 years experiences in the field of auto equipment development
5 years connector tooling / process design experience
Understand the process of stamping, molding, assembly process
Solid Design - NX Design
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance(GDT)
Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)
Basic Product design / application concept
Basic motion control & Vision inspection related knowledge
