Responsibilities
Serve as a team lead the CMG support team, overseeing all functions related to listing property particular
Directly manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery to support the CMG broker team including information gathering, data entry, report preparation and production across all property types.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance, efficiency, and overall productivity, and instill fundamentals of value creation and impact generation among the team members on every project.
Work with our leadership and business lines to support the existing process and new business opportunities
Collaborate with business lines, other departments and external parties to gather relevant data, market insights, and research reports to build databases
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or higher academic credentials related to real estate economics, asset valuation, economics, and accounting are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant real estate work experience, ideally in valuation
Highly independent, capable to work under pressure and multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to prioritize work effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines, demonstrating a high level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Certified accountant, real estate appraiser, asset appraiser, chartered financial analyst or relevant professional qualifications is an advantage
Familiar with valuation principles, financial modelling, and market analysis techniques, coupled with the ability to apply them in complex business scenarios.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review, interpret, and synthesize complex documents, data sets, and financial statements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to achieve success.
Good written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and English
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint software is required. Experience using advance excel, and financial modelling, or other computer-assisted programs e.g. VBA, Python, AI, data scraping, information management, etc. is preferred.
