Discover the Role

TMF Group is looking for an Associate, Global Entity Management in our Shanghai Office.

Key Responsibilities

Safe custody and maintenance of company chops, statutory certificates, and corporate documents
Release of the original or copies of company statutory certificates and corporate documents in accordance with the written instructions or aligned custodian policy
Stamping of the company chops in accordance with the written instructions or aligned custodian policy
Maintenance of a log-in/out book on usage record of company chops, statutory certificates, and corporate documents
Delivery arrangement and client email / calls replies
Regularly maintain, filing and sorting of client’s assets, and update in the list
Receiving of lodgement requests from service delivery teams in RDC or other local offices
Conducting onsite inquiries with relevant government authorities/banks
Collecting feedbacks and delivery the same to the in-charge staff via call/email
Submission of duly signed application documents to relevant government authorities/banks
Following up with the application status and dealing with any questions raised by officers
Obtaining business licences/filing receipts and arranging for the delivery of the original documents
Other corporate secretarial related tasks instructed by the leader

Key Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in service industry
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good communication and computer skills
