Duties and responsibilities：
Understand customers’ requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Maintain documentation of customer’s requirements and our proposed solutions
Constantly seek solutions and products from other suppliers
Liaise with factory / suppliers about specifications, customisation, and speed up processes
Engage along Sales Managers to support and complete sale.
Design and develop product marketing and training material like catalogs and manuals
Evangelize and train other sales managers and end users
Product specialisations: Precision Optics, Laser Crystals, Power Electronics, Galvanometers, Laser instruments etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in engineering/science or related discipline (or equivalent)
Experience in photonics, optics, lasers, machinery technical sales
Experience dealing with clients from manufacturing and research sector is highly beneficial
Problem solving skills and a high degree of creativity / resourcefulness.
Strong business acumen and excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
Effective time management and networking skills.
Competitive drive and determination.
Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills.
Written and oral communication skills
Willingness to travel.
Qualifications not paramount over industry sector experience
