We are seeking a talented Experience Designer who can help create and deliver high-quality experiences for Autodesk Building Design Products. If you are passionate about experience design, data-driven solutions, problem-solving, user research, complex workflows, customer engagement, or BIM, you have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry. The Senior Experience Designer will work on global initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders from the product team, engineering team, and other functional teams across different geolocations around the world. This role requires an empathetic mindset, strategic thinking, critical research and analysis skills, proven data-driven design experience, and a thoughtful approach to working independently, collaboratively, and globally within a large organization. You will report to the Experience Design Manager at Autodesk China R&D Center (ACRD) and be a part of the global experience design team. This position is based in Shanghai, China.
Responsibilities
Delivers design communication artifacts for use by a wide range of audiences including Software Development, Test Development, Technical Publications, Sales and Marketing. Reviews feature implementation, test plans and documentation to ensure accuracy of desired application results
