工作职责:
- 新设备调试技术支持,在设备调试过程中协助MIE工程师完成设备的调试工作。
- 设备状态跟踪记录,协助MIE工程师完成对设备问题点的跟踪和记录。
- 试制生产过程跟踪记录,协助 MIE工程师完成试制工单的生产,并对试制该过程和结果记录。
- 指导操作人员正确,按要求操作设备。
- 调试及生产过程中识别设备潜在的问题点,并及时汇报记录。
- 完成领导交办的其它任务。
岗位要求:
- 大专及以上学历,机械自动化专业优先(经验丰富者,学历可适当放宽);
- 自动化设备调试技术员从业经验三年以上;
- 如有工业自动化设备设计,装配,PLC程序编写,调试经验优先;
- 基本的英文读写能力,能看懂相关手册,电路图;
- 熟悉装配,压装,打螺丝等基础装配工艺;
- 熟悉锡焊工艺,对IPC-A-610相关电子装配接受标准有-定了解;
- 了解电脑的硬件组成及功能,熟练使用office办公软件。
- 工作积极主动,踏实可靠。
