Purpose of Role

Department: Marketing

Report Line: Director, Creative

Your Impact

Lead the development and execution of creative advertising campaigns that engage our target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia artists.
Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Review and critique creative work, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve creative strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in a creative management role, preferably in an advertising agency or corporate environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
Sports and retail industry experience with strong personal interest in sports is preferred
