Job Summary
According to Controls China channel development strategy, support China sales leader to define and release annual channel policy and partnership management, achieve sales AOP and profit growth with effective channel management, and focus on channel marketing, campaign delivery and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Improve process of dealer selection, recruitment, annual contract and regional sales target sign-up, whole partnership authorization. Work closely with sales team and cross functions e.g. product, compliance, legal, finance, pricing etc. to ensure the process is properly followed.
2. Conduct multi-dimensional dealer performance reviews and deliver training on product promotion and channel policy.
3. Collect and analyze market and competitor dynamics; collaborate with internal teams to capture promotion opportunities.
4. Manage regional marketing activities, review and monitor co-marketing promotions expenses; drive online/offline campaigns.
5. Responsible for editing, layout and release of China controls’ channel newsletters.
6. Coordination of important activities, such as dealer conference/trip/ award activities, kick-off meetings.
7. Organize VIP dealer courtesy and employee care activities to deepen strategic partnership and enhance team cohesion.
8. Provide sales data reports and optimize CRM (Salesforce) for marketing transparency and efficiency.
9. Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
10. Other business goals assigned by the leaders.

完善经销商选择、招聘、年度框架合同签署和区域销售目标签约、整体合作授权等流程。与销售团队和跨职能部门密切合作,确保流程得到正确遵循。 进行多维度经销商绩效评估,并组织产品推广与政策相关培训。 收集并分析市场与竞争对手动态,联动内部团队抢抓推广机会。 统筹区域市场推广活动,审核/管控渠道联合推广费用,推动线上线下推广。 负责渠道头条内刊内容编辑、排版及发布。 经销商会议/游学/奖励活动、员工启动会议等重要活动协调。 负责VIP经销商礼遇及员工关怀活动等,深化战略伙伴关系,增强团队凝聚力。 输出销售数据报表,优化CRM(Salesforce),提升推广透明度与效率。 协助建立并维护稳固的合作伙伴关系。 其他部门相关职责
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing promotion, event execution or brand promotion; channel promotion experience is a plus.
- Familiar with the ToB business marketing process, capable of independently planning and executing offline/online activities and channel promotion projects.
- Basic copywriting skills, experience in creating event copy, promotional materials, and marketing scripts are preferred.
- Able to conduct basic market research and competitor analysis, collect data and deliver analysis reports.
- Proficient in MS Office, basic skills of image/video editing, and new media tools are preferred.
- Excellent cross departmental communication skills, adaptable to multicultural environments.
- Self-driven person on identifying the gaps and solving the problem.
- Bachelor’s degree; fluent English.

- 熟悉ToB业务市场推广流程,能够独立策划和执行线下/线上市场活动、渠道推广项目。
- 具备基本的文案撰写能力,有活动文案、宣传素材、推广话术等内容创作经验优先。
- 能够进行基本的市场调研和竞品分析能力,收集整理市场数据并输出简单分析报告。
- 熟练掌握Office、具备图片/视频剪辑基本技能、新媒体运用工具者优先。
- 优秀跨部门沟通能力,适应多元文化环境。
- 自驱力强、结果导向,具备出色问题解决能力。
- 本科及以上学历,英语流利。
