Take the responsibility to support internal & external technical training request for CS engineers and customer and customer training credit balance management
- Provide training forecast input in timely matter by supporting local Office to collect demands & distribute training schedules and slots.
- For internal CS engineers, register in MyLearning system and/or support to local office (Engineers, Management, Account)
- Monitor training schedules & slots and manage trainees’ status ( prerequisite , reservation , schedule changes, etc)
- For external customer, collect Forecast and input, create Quotation , collect Customer training credit and maintain training balance.
- Support Session management & training assignment for local training (Safety training, Crane training, EHS training, etc.)
- Manage training history data and provide progress status on requests
- Works as MyLearning key user, provides system guideline and handle inquires.
- Drive for continuous improvements with new technology and business requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 1-3 years working experience in training coordination, administration or related field
- Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible.
- High accuracy level and strong administrative skills
- Communicative and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
- Strong verbal / written communication in English
