Duties & Requirements

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management and Events Manager, the Events Executive handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events in all market segments.

Duries:
Planning and Coordination: Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and to provide professional advice on the food menu and audio visual and floral arrangements to facilitate and assist on their planning.

Group Management: Monitor room block reduction and cut off time and distributes guest and event most updated information to the relevant parties in the hotel.

Administration: Ensure full compliance with Delhi standards and procedures to maintain up to date business activities and event information.

Requirements:
Must hold an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa or a visa that allows employment in Japan.
Must be able to conduct business negotiations in Japanese; preference will be given to those who can communicate in English.
Possesses Good interpersonal and communications skills.
1 year of experience in Front Office or F&B service
Resourceful and independent but good team player

職務内容:
企画および調整: 主催者と直接連携し、イベントプログラムに関する相談に対応。フードメニュー、音響・映像設備、フラワーアレンジメントについて専門的なアドバイスを提供し、円滑なイベント運営をサポートする。
グループ管理: 客室ブロックの削減やカットオフタイムを管理し、最新のゲスト情報やイベント情報をホテル内の関連部署へ共有する。
管理業務: デルファイの基準および手順を完全に遵守し、最新の業務活動やイベント情報を適切に管理する。

応募条件:
技術・人文知識・国際業務ビザまたは日本での就労が可能なビザを保有していること。
日本語での商談ができること必須。英語でのコミュニケーションが取れる方優遇。
優れた対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力を有していること。
フロントオフィスまたはF&Bサービスでの1年以上の経験があること。
自主性があり、臨機応変に対応できるが、チームワークも重視できること。

Overtime allowanceOvertime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
BonusDetermination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
Transportation fareActual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
Merit Salary IncrementSalary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company’s discretion.
