What this job involves:
Accountants are responsible for contract review and revenue recognition entries into the accounting system—timely, accurate, and fully compliant with JLL’s global client accounting policies and procedures. This role supports Korean clients and collaborates closely with local finance teams and regional revenue operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Review contract and check the revenue recognition supporting according to global policy in system.
2. Ensure all revenue-related transaction processing meets SLA deadlines.
3. Deliver accurate and timely inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual close—aligned with Korean statutory and group reporting timelines.
4. Identify, design, and implement process improvements—including AI-powered automation
5. Prepare reporting and reconciliations.
6. Stay good communication with local finance and other stakeholders
7. Support ad hoc requests

Requirements:
1. 3 years above finance working experience, MNC/BPO industry is a plus
2. Bachelor's Degree majoring in finance or accounting
3. Near-native proficiency in Korean; Professional working proficiency in English — strong reading and writing skills
4. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data modeling); working knowledge of PowerPoint for reporting
5. Revenue & Billing experiences will be a plus.
6. Team player and able to work independently
