Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position:
- Participate in developing a marketing strategy, collaborating with corporate and sales leadership to support sales activities and goals.
- Provides input on long-term development plans and new product development opportunities; contributes to the strategic business plan of the HCP channel; defines the brand marketing objectives and strategy together with the management
- Collects and analyzes market intelligence data, identifies customers' needs through adequate market research findings, and translates them into marketing strategy proposals and action plans.
- Manages and controls approved budget of marketing activities, related product strategies, and marketing plans in the HCP channel. Creates budgets and schedules to support the marketing plan and manages marketing activities within the budget and schedule
- Works closely with the Global Marketing brand team daily to ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with the Global marketing brand plan and company values
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
- at least 10 years of working experience in healthcare marketing strategy, brand promotion, product management, medical devices product management
- ability to handle product portfolio management
Experiences in new product launch and promotion in the HCP channel is preferred
- Solid working knowledge of market research, product sales and
sales promotion activities
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate promotional/tactical activities and prepare marketing plans
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to deliver reports, make public presentations and deal eloquently
with opinion leaders and the sales force team
