岗位职责：
1，销售数据体系搭建：整合全域销售数据，建立治理规范，搭建统一可靠的数据体系；运用Power BI等工具开发可视化仪表盘，实现关键指标实时监控，提效业务决策。
2，业务洞察输出：围绕销售、市场、客户及渠道开展深度分析，输出可落地的优化建议，支撑战略决策与资源配置。
3，产销协同管理：协同市场团队制定年度及季度销售计划，主导销售预测，联动供应链保障产销高效协同。
4，团队赋能与项目推进：将数据分析及AI成果转化为业务行动，赋能销售团队；主导销售运营重点项目，统筹规划、推动落地并评估成效。
任职要求：
1，本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2，5年以上销售运营、数据分析或商业分析经验，有快消品行业经验优先；具备数据体系建设、流程优化或销售策略落地项目经验；
3，具备Power BI或相关数据分析认证优先；
4，具备较强的数据分析与逻辑思维能力；
5，熟练使用Excel（高级函数、数据透视表）及Power BI;
6，熟悉销售运营及绩效管理逻辑;
7, 优秀的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，抗压能力强
