For one one of our client based in South Korea, specialized in Oil and Gas extraction, we are recruiting an Offshore Maintenance Supervisor to be based in Schenzen.
Job Description
Strictly enforce and comply with all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) procedures, company regulations, and offshore operational standards.-
Lead and supervise the offshore maintenance team to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs safely and efficiently, ensuring achievement of equipment availability, reliability, and KPI targets set by management.

Ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and availability of offshore facilities and equipment to support continuous and smooth production operations.

Lead and perform technical troubleshooting and failure analysis on:

Electrical systems

Instrumentation & control systems
-
Mechanical and production equipment
Review, coordinate, and update:
-
Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs
-
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
-
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure full understanding and proper implementation of procedures offshore.

Collaborate closely with onshore engineering teams on:

Equipment upgrades and modifications
-
Process optimization initiatives
-
Technical demonstrations and implementation activities offshore

Lead the development, optimization, and updating of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and all maintenance-related procedures and systems. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance reporting and communication.

Support management in preparing and monitoring the annual maintenance budget and Maintenance Work Programs, ensuring effective execution through close supervision and offshore coordination.

Manage offshore spare parts, tools, and inventory control, including:

Stock monitoring

Critical spare parts tracking
-
Documentation and records management
-
Procurement follow-up

Ensure all Management of Change (MOC) processes are implemented safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and technical specifications.

Maintain the highest standards of offshore maintenance execution, operational safety, and asset integrity within a challenging offshore production environment.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in:
-
Oil & Gas Engineering
-
Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines
Professional Experience
-
Minimum 8 years of experience within offshore Oil & Gas production facilities and maintenance operations.

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance position is highly preferred.
