- 具备基础的化学和高分子材料知识，了解油墨的基本特性。
- 核心技能：
- 能够读懂基本的机械图纸和PCB Gerber文件。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）进行数据记录和报告编写。
- 具备良好的动手能力和学习能力，能够快速掌握新设备和新技术。
- 优先技能：
- 了解曝光能量、显影速度、烘烤温度等关键工艺参数对品质的影响。
- 有使用显微镜、厚度仪等基本量测仪器的经验。
- 了解ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系者优先。

职位描述
1. 工艺维护与监控：
- 协助执行防焊（Solder Mask）工艺流程的日常参数监控与记录，包括但不限于：印刷、预烤、曝光、显影、后烤等工序。
- 负责生产线防焊工序的首件确认与巡检，确保工艺条件符合标准。
- 监控和维护防焊油墨、网板、菲林等物料的状态。
2. 质量问题分析与处理：
- 协助工程师分析防焊工序出现的常见品质问题，如：油墨脱落、渗油、露铜、气泡、皱褶、曝光不良、显影不净/过度等。
- 参与不良品的初步原因分析，并执行工程师制定的临时纠正措施。
- 收集和整理生产异常数据，为问题分析提供依据。
3. 生产支持与改进：
- 协助进行新规格油墨、新设备或新工艺的试验与导入工作。
- 参与编写和优化防焊工序的标准化作业指导书。
- 参与生产现场的5S管理与安全规范执行。
4. 跨部门协作：
- 与生产、品质、设备等部门紧密合作，共同解决流程中的问题。
- 协助对接客户对防焊外观及性能的特殊要求。
