What you’ll do

Grow and expand MRO channel business for PPE, building long-term partnerships and uncovering new opportunities within key accounts.

Own annual growth and profitability targets through strategic key account management within MRO organizations.

Partner with customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions aligned to MRO needs.

Explore scalable, sustainable growth models for the MRO channel, including new coverage approaches and go-to-market motions.

Deliver product, application, and commercial training to enable MRO product/business development and territory teams.
What you’ll bring
-
5+ years of sales experience in PPE (or closely related industrial safety categories); 2–3 years in channel/MRO management preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (Material Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred).

Strong capability in independent channel selling and end-user engagement; data-driven account planning and analysis skills are a plus.

Proven ability to influence across functions/business units and mobilize resources to win.

Fluent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.

Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.
