岗位职责 | Responsibilities
- 负责新产品从设计评估、工艺开发、验证到量产导入的全流程（NPI）管理，确保项目在进度、质量和成本目标内顺利完成
Lead and manage the end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from design evaluation and process development through validation and mass production ramp‑up, ensuring delivery on schedule, at required quality levels, and within cost targets.
- 作为 NPI 项目负责人，制定并推进项目计划，管理关键里程碑、资源分配及风险，协调多项目并行推进
Act as the NPI project owner, defining and driving project plans, managing key milestones, resources, and risks, and coordinating multiple NPI projects in parallel.
- 主导制造可行性评估（DFM/DFMEA），参与产品早期设计评审，识别潜在制造风险并推动设计或工艺优化
Lead manufacturing feasibility assessments (DFM/DFMEA) and participate in early‑stage design reviews to identify potential manufacturing risks and drive design or process optimizations.
- 组织并推动跨部门协作，与研发、质量、供应链、自动化、模具、设备及外部供应商紧密配合，解决 NPI 过程中出现的技术与项目问题
Drive cross‑functional collaboration by working closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Automation, Tooling, Equipment teams, and external suppliers to resolve technical and program issues throughout the NPI phase.
- 主导或参与试产及量产爬坡阶段的问题分析与改进，采用结构化方法进行根因分析，推动问题及时闭环
Lead or support issue analysis and continuous improvement during pilot builds and mass production ramp‑up, applying structured root cause analysis methodologies and ensuring timely closure.
- 策划并执行工艺验证活动（IQ / OQ / PQ），确保验证方案及结果真实反映量产状态，并满足客户及法规要求
Plan and execute process validation activities (IQ / OQ / PQ), ensuring that validation strategies and results accurately reflect mass production conditions and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- 推动自动化和制造一致性方案在 NPI 阶段的导入，降低人为依赖，提高生产稳定性和可复制性
Promote the introduction of automation and manufacturing consistency solutions during the NPI phase to reduce manual dependency and improve production stability and repeatability.
- 总结和沉淀 NPI 项目经验，形成标准流程、工艺文件和最佳实践，支持后续项目高效导入
Capture and institutionalize NPI learnings by establishing standard processes, work instructions, and best practices to enable efficient execution of future programs.

专业能力与技术要求 | Technical & Professional Skills
- 具备精密制造或高可靠性产品的新产品导入（NPI）或量产转化经验
Solid experience in NPI or mass production transfer for precision manufacturing or high‑reliability products.
- 熟悉精密硅胶 / 橡胶（固态或液态）或同类精密成型工艺
Familiarity with precision silicone / rubber molding processes (solid or liquid), or similar precision forming technologies.
- 理解模具结构、成型缺陷机理及关键工艺参数窗口
Strong understanding of mold structures, molding defect mechanisms, and critical process parameter windows.
- 熟悉基本自动化设备和产线逻辑，具备支持自动化导入和验证的能力
Familiarity with basic automation equipment and production line logic, with the ability to support automation introduction and validation.
- 能独立开展或主导 DFMEA、PFMEA 及相关工艺验证活动
Ability to independently conduct or lead DFMEA, PFMEA, and related process validation activities.
任职资格 | Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、高分子、自动化或相关工程专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–8 年制造工程、NPI 或相关工程经验
5–8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, or related engineering roles.
- 有完整 NPI 项目或量产爬坡经验者优先
Experience with full‑cycle NPI projects or production ramp‑up is strongly preferred.
- 有跨部门项目推进或项目管理角色经验者优先
Prior experience in cross‑functional project leadership or formal project management roles is a plus.
